Lydia NEUMANN

CEO & Inventor

Prior to her education as a patent attorney, Lydia Neumann studied biology at the LMU Munich with a focus on molecular biology, genetics, physical and biochemistry. Subsequently, she spent several years of practical laboratory work at the Sainsbury Laboratory in Norwich, UK, and at the Institute of Immunology at the LMU, Munich. Lydia Neumann has been working successfully for many years as a freelance patent attorney for a renowned patent law firm in the field of life sciences and chemistry.

Harald DECHENTREITER

Managing Director & CFO

Harald Dechentreiter holds a Diploma/M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. After a career in Management Consulting with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Cluster Consulting, he became an entrepreneur in the IT sector. Today he is an impact investor in information technology, renewable energy, and life sciences.

Dr. Rolf KALHAMMER

Dr. Rolf Kalhammer holds degrees in Medicine (University of Heidelberg) and Chemistry (University Basel). He has more than 25 years of experience in different positions in international pharmaceutical environments including CEO responsibility at biotech start-ups. Dr. Kalhammer holds a proven track record regarding BD deals. 

Dr. Carolin HINKMANN

Medical Advice

Dr. Carolin Hinkmann is a medical professional. During her studies at the University of Erlangen (FAU), she developed a keen interest in autoimmune diseases, so she made autoimmune responses mediated by dendritic cells the subject of her doctorate. Following this, she additionally obtained her specialization in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Within this field, she explored the fascinating intersection of neurology and gerontopsychiatry with specific emphasis on pharmacology. Since 2017, she has been running her own medical practice.

Dr. Christoph BAUMANN

Scientific Advice

Dr. Christoph Baumann studied Biology at the LMU Munich and performed cutting edge academic research on cell division and immunology at his stations at the University of California in San Francisco (UCSF), the Max Planck Institute (MPI) in Munich and the Center for Molecular Medicine (CeMM) in Vienna. In the past 12 years he worked in the pharmaceutical industry and Biotechs with increasing responsibility focusing on modulation of T-cell responses and the development of drugs in the field of inflammation, cancer and infection.

Dr. Utz KADOR

IP Strategy & Advice

Dr. Utz Kador is a European and German patent attorney. His educational background is in the chemical, pharmaceutical, polymer, and chemical engineering fields (Technical Universities of Munich and Vienna). Dr. Kador holds an LL.M. degree in US and Global Business Law (Suffolk University Boston) and in Transnational Commercial Practice (Lazarski University Warsaw). During his long career as a patent attorney, he mainly works for major companies from Europe, United States, Japan, and Korea. Patent prosecution, but especially opposition and appealing proceedings as well as licensing are the areas where he is most engaged.

Alexandra WASNER

Director Business Development

Alexandra Wasner holds a B.A. in Communication Science from the LMU, Munich. Additionally, she completed her Master's degree in Business Administration (Consumer Marketing) at the University of Amsterdam. She gained her first experience in an internationally operating biotech company.
